Hi, I’m David Murphy
My career
Following 18 great years at RISO, I spent 10 more great years at HP. There, I held global marketing leadership roles supporting our digital industrial printing technologies. Over the years, I’ve worked at the intersection of strategy, marketing, and business development.
Today, I happily run Nvent Marketing, a full-service digital marketing agency that manages marketing strategy, website development, SEO, paid ads, public relations, and print.
When I'm not working....
I like to spend as much time as I can outdoors. From hiking to road cycling to mountain biking to kayaking, I love exploring the Southwest. I enjoy sailing and scuba diving whenever I’m near the ocean.
I love photography and videography, especially wildlife and landscapes. I love reading, and I’m (slowly) teaching myself Spanish.
I’m also an active member of the Rotary Club and passionate about service projects that make a positive impact on people's lives and on our environment. The best moments are often the quiet ones: writing, studying history, or just spending quality time with my wife, family, and friends.
