My professional career

I started my sales and marketing career when I graduated high school. For the next eight years, I co-owned and operated a marketing and promotional products company. This was a fun and rewarding learning experience, allowing me to pay my way through college and buy my first home.

From there, I got my start in the printing industry with RISO, Inc., where I refined my sales, marketing, and business development skills.  I was regularly promoted, resulting in relocations from Tampa Bay to Phoenix and then to Boston where I served as VP of Marketing for North and South America. I loved my 18 years with that company and I still keep in touch with dozens of friends from my tenure there.

In 2010, we moved to San Diego for a leadership role with HP (Hewlett Packard). For the graphics solutions and industrial print divisions, I helped guide marketing strategies for high-value customers in a rapidly changing digital world.

Ten years later, I launched Nvent Marketing, a full-service digital marketing agency focused on building revenue for small and mid-sized businesses. Today, I work closely with clients across a range of industries, bringing together digital strategy, print expertise, and programs that move people to take action.
